CloudOI

FAQ

Straight answers before you book.

Enterprise buyers have the same questions. We answer them here so nothing blocks a good-fit conversation.

How do we know your engineers have actually done this before?+

Every CloudOI engineer has delivered production Azure environments for enterprise clients — not lab environments, not demos, not internal projects. We have built multi-workload platforms covering data, finance, HR, integration, and virtual desktop simultaneously for the same client. We can walk you through the architecture of what we have built. We do not do our learning on your engagement.

You say you build before we pay — how does that work? What protects both sides?+

We produce a written scope document before work begins. It describes exactly what we will build and what the acceptance standard is. That document protects both parties. If we deliver what the scope describes to the agreed standard, we get paid. If we do not, we resolve it until we do. We operate this way because we know our engineers can deliver.

What happens after the platform is built? Do you offer ongoing support?+

We build platforms that run themselves — automated operations, monitoring, alerting, and pipeline-driven changes. Your internal team can operate them without us. If you want CloudOI available for ongoing changes, extensions, and operational support, we offer a retained engagement model. That is optional and discussed after initial delivery.

We are a large organisation. Can you handle our scale and complexity?+

We have built enterprise Azure platforms with 96 identity groups, 81 access packages, 19 distinct workload environments (each with Prod, Dev, and QA), hub-and-spoke networking with centralised firewall, and automated deployment pipelines — simultaneously, for a single client. If your environment is complex, that is exactly the kind of work we are built for.

What if our project requires skills or workloads you have not listed?+

Contact us and describe what you need. Our service pages cover our most common engagements. If your workload is adjacent — a platform we have not listed, an integration with a system we have not named — we will tell you honestly whether we can deliver it and at what confidence level. We do not take on work we cannot complete.

How long does a typical engagement take?+

It depends on scope. A focused foundation or identity engagement can complete in weeks; multi-workload migration or full platform builds take longer. On the discovery call we outline a realistic timeline against your constraints. You always have a written scope before build starts.

Do you only work with Microsoft Azure?+

Azure is our core. We also build private cloud on your own infrastructure when public cloud is not the right path, and we integrate hybrid and multi-system estates that include on-premises and SaaS. If your primary platform is not Azure, we will say so clearly on the first call.

Still have a question?

Book a discovery call or send a short brief. We will tell you honestly if we are the right fit.
