Case study

Multi-division enterprise

A multi-division enterprise with cloud sprawl across business units

Business units had provisioned Azure resources independently. There was no shared networking model, no consistent identity governance, and no standard for environment parity. The organisation needed one foundation that every workload could join without freezing delivery.

What we built

  • Enterprise hub-and-spoke foundation with centralised firewall and shared services
  • Unified Entra ID group architecture and access packages across divisions
  • 19 workload environments with Prod, Dev, and QA parity
  • Private endpoints and private DNS as the default connectivity pattern
  • Pipeline-driven deployment patterns for repeatable landing of new workloads

Outcomes

  • 96 security groups and 81 access packages under one governance model
  • 19 distinct workload environments operating on a shared foundation
  • New workloads onboarded to a known pattern instead of one-off designs
